Ka'ch'chrai is displayed as uninhabited

Describe the bug

Despite being a system with an inhabited planet (Vara K'chrai), Ka'ch'chrai shows up on the map as an uninhabited system.

Expected Behavior

Ka'ch'chrai should show up as a friendly inhabited planet (light blue).
