Prioritize color emoji fonts for emoji

I'm not sure if this is actually actionable, but running the egui demo app on latest main branch on Linux (441971a776322a482e371775219380eca812cfa9), when viewing the font book, I get a bunch of emoji rendered as monochrome, because higher priority fonts have monochrome variants for it.
