Courtesy notice for an independent Java 21 and Spring Boot 4.1.1 port

Hello, this is a courtesy note to credit this project and make the derivative easy to trace.

We published an independently maintained Java 21 and Spring Boot 4.1.1 modernization at https://github.com/SovNodeAI/eladmin-modernized. It remains an Apache 2.0 derivative, preserves Zheng Jie and eladmin attribution, and does not present itself as an official release.

The repository carries a checksummed census of 139 controller records against upstream commit 55fbf705956949697dbd68bf9003776609d3d029. It also documents the deliberate behavior changes around verification-code permissions, random one-time passwords, seeded credentials, and frontend integration.

No action or endorsement is requested. We wanted the relationship and provenance to be visible to maintainers before announcing the work. Please close this if the issue tracker is not the right place for the notice.
