[Feature Request] Split Subscription Payments between house hold members

For example, being able to split a Netflix subscription between the owner and a child either 50 50 or any percentage (given the percentages equal 100%). Splitting between two would be a great start but should be possible to split something 3, 4 or 5 ways again, as long as the total equals 100. This may also be useful for share-households.
