Option to add topic to telegram notification

This one is quite easy to implement, telegram can only send notifications to general chat. But most people have one group for more TG notifications divided by topics. I personally created topic: Wallos Notifications If you can implement that TG notifications take topic in option: It can be implemented on two ways: 1- you can add one more field to fill topic 2- you can use existing field like groupid/topic , example -1001651651/2

I tried the second option on this version, but it only sends to general topic in group so i suppose that doesn't work in this moment, that is why i am raising this issue.
