[Request] Enable to add recurrent annual payment spreaded on a payment period

Hi, I am in France and I paid taxes. Every year, in July, the tax department sends me a payment order and a payment schedule from September to December. The tax is divided by 4 and I pay 1/4 every month from September to December. Let's say that this is the "payment period". The only way to record this is to add 4 annual subscriptions for each month. I would like to add a annual subscription that can be effective only on a period of the year.

I would like:

• to record these payments like an annual subscription on a "payment period" that start on September 1rst and that end on December 12th
• on my home page
  • see the subscription in the upcoming payments only in the payment period
  • the subscription is taken in account in Monthly Budget and in my Your subscriptions (the amount is the total of the subscription /12 months), the cost is smoothed over the year.
  • the subscription is taken in account in my Period budget only in the payment period (the amount is the total of the subscription / number of month of the payment period).
• to see the subscription on the calendar only during the "payment period"
• Annual statistic take in account the total of the subscription
• Monthly statistic take in account the total / 12 months
• Period statistic take in account the amount / number of months of the "payment period" only during the "payment period"

Your app is great and it helps me to drive by budget. I am learning this app to my children (they are young adults that just started in the active life) and it will help a lot.

And it is a pleasure to use a real responsive gui !
