Add an optional Process Monitor for running Fiddles

Add an optional Process Monitor that can be enabled from Execution Settings.

When enabled, it would open a small window when running a Fiddle and show the running processes along with their CPU and memory usage.

The monitor would automatically close when the Fiddle terminates.
