Feature request: React Native Mobile support

Hi PGlite team,

Are you currently working on React Native support for PGlite?

I found the existing React Native issue (#87), but it is still open and I could not find a current timeline or related PR.

Could you share:

• Whether React Native support is actively being worked on If there is a planned release for it
• Whether there is an estimated timeline for a first usable version

React Native support would be very useful for building local Postgres-backed mobile apps.
