[Feature Request] Add Meta Model API / Muse Spark 1.3 provider

Motivation

Muse Spark 1.3 is now available through Meta Model API and is aimed at reasoning, long-form instruction following, and agentic tasks. It would be useful to make it available directly in Eigent's model settings.

Solution

Add Meta Model API as a supported provider and make Muse Spark 1.3 selectable, including the official display name, icon, documentation link, and provider configuration.

Alternatives

Users may be able to configure it through a generic compatible provider, but a first-class option would be easier to discover and configure.
