it stops just stops

I have a 450 things I want to do, it runs through a 100 to 200 then just stops, no error, it just doesn't que the next on in, this has been happening over the last week or so, just recently it upgraded itself to 3.5.14 (beta - but I see no difference in what the update has. I don't get why its happening, its rather new. Next time it happens i'll try to get a screen grab of anything, I blanked it out, the only way to clear it is to close and start over.
