Large Azure Storage Blobs backend backups fail consistently after upgrade to 2.2.0.1

Environment info
- Duplicati version: 2.2.0.1
- Operating system: Official Docker image on Debian and manual install on Arch
- Backend: Azure Blob
Description
After upgrading to 2.2.0.1 from 2.1.0.5 some of my backups started failing consistently. Seems to impact more bigger backups with many GBs of data and not small ones. 90-200MBs still work, 50GB to 400GB seem to fail often, one backup seems to be constantly failing despite numerous attempts.
I can clearly see from the logs that before the update all backups were green (checked the version in the logs), after they are all red.
May be unrelated, but the UI also shows the following error:
Error Code: 401, Message: Http failure response for http://myserver:8200/api/v1/remotecontrol/status: 401 Unauthorized
Steps to reproduce
- Start a backup
- Fails with timeout on the 6th retry on some network operations (I presume a PUT on Blob storage)
