PyTorch and TorchAudio CUDA version mismatch

1)Operating System:

• CachyOS (Arch Linux, but was running podman through bash instead of the default fish per this issue https://github.com/DrewThomasson/ebook2audiobook/issues/2055 )

2)Hardware and Model

• CUDA
• Nvidia RTX 3070

3)Script Mode

• Podman (native was having other issue that I think are unrelated? I can submit a different issue for that one if need be)

4)Full Terminal log As Attached File

• from the command line run to start E2A until the end. Attach the log file, don't copy/paste it as a comment.
