[Bug] Formula assistant covers formula when its length is in few lines

Reproduction link

1. Star writing formula which will be very long and jumps to the next line.
2. Verify the formula assistant.

Expected behavior

formula assistant together with cell size moves down, so the full formula is clearly visible.

Actual behavior

formula assistant stays in the same place and covers the formula content.
