[Feature Request] Support RTL languages such as Arabic.

As native Arabic speaker. I tried to write Univer in Arabic but the order of the characters is wrong ريفنوي and it must be يونيفر and the direction as well. Logical order is correct but the visual order is wrong. Therefore if you copy the word to any text editor it would show correct order.

Basic explanation Arabic characters read from right to left, english is left to right. So Arabic and english characters are considered strong characters and when weak character falls between it would follow the base direction.
