[BUG] Colour picker closes when cursor moves outside its boundary

Describe the bug When the colour selector is opened by clicking the colour selection rectangle, moving the cursor outside the colour selector's boundary causes the colour setter to close.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.Go to the sidebar. 2Create a table. 3.Scroll down to the colour picker. 4.Open the colour picker and start changing the colour. 5.Move the cursor outside the colour picker's boundary. 6.Observe that the colour picker closes.
Expected behavior The colour picker should remain open while selecting a colour, even if the cursor temporarily moves outside its boundary.
