Upload file browse allows directories

When the UI users can not use the Upload File browse to select directories.

Users can select directories using the Upload File browse.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently relying on the drag-and-drop feature, but it's not ideal for uploading a lot of directories at once.

We are using SFTPGo to enable our clients to upload content to 3rd-party block and object storage. Our users are finding that not being able to select directories is cumbersome to their workflows.
