OpenAI, .net 10, database, demo?

I saw this repo come up in my google search and I have a few questions
- is there any other AI provider like Ollama are supported by eShop?
- .net 10 is not mentions in readme.md, so is there any update planned to is supported but readme.md is not updated?
- which database is used by the app
- is there any demo link that can show case both user frontend and admin panel?
