Can't run with Debian in WSL

Hello, i want test your project.
But i like when my tests are isolated.
So for that i install a debian version in my wsl.
I was doing the process installation but when i run uv run ce3.py i have an issue like that:
I was trying this also
this is my version of debian
Can you help me ?
