Table 'dolibarr_db.llx_website' doesn't exist when attempting to create a WYSIWYG website

Bug

Upon trying to create a new website using the module, I receive the error "Table 'dolibarr_db.llx_website' doesn't exist". Currently no solution has been tested.

Viewing the database confirms that the necessary table is not created or doesn't exist, but supplementary tables do exist. Unknown if issue occurs during the initialization of the database or if something ends up happening to the table after use.
