Add ability to attach guidance "sticker" indicators

Feature Description

I'd like to be able to attach indicators to fields that look like stickers that are clearly not part of the document content but rather a guidance device. There were, and still are, often used by legal firms. They typically are yellow and shaped like a pointed sign and contain guidance text, such as "sign here", "initial here", etc.

These should be visible to all parties, right from the first recipient down to the last one.

These would make it clearer to all recipients what is expected from all the signatories and where. Currently, the first recipient will not even see any of the other fields when they receive their copy to sign. This is confusing, especially when there are multiple signatories expected.

This could be implemented by simply adding label text to name and signature fields, like what is already possible with text fields. These labels should be always shown until the field had been filled out, at which point they will show the final content.
