Offer to help with maintenance

Hi,

I've been a user of docopt for a while and noticed the project hasn't seen much maintenance activity recently. I understand priorities change, and I don't say this as a complaint — just as an opener.

I'm a software engineer with 18 years of experience (currently a Group Engineering Manager), and I'd genuinely like to help keep docopt healthy for the people who depend on it. Would you be open to bringing on a co-maintainer? I'd start by triaging open issues and PRs, and go from there based on what's actually useful to you.

No pressure at all if you'd rather keep it as-is — just wanted to offer, since it's clearly still widely used.
