AI Sidebar - “Send” button inactive on first use

When opening the AI sidebar, it is sometimes not possible to submit the first prompt because the Send button remains inactive.

The button only becomes active after:

1. Selecting one of the predefined prompts, e.g. “Summarise this page”
2. Starting the request
3. Stopping/cancelling the process

Afterwards, manually entered prompts can be submitted normally.

After refreshing the page or navigating to another page, the issue may occur again.
