Navigate to & highlight the exact message of a notification

On web you navigate to a URL of this kind when clicking a notification https://github.com/org/repo/pull/739?notification_referrer_id=123#pullrequestreview-123 which highlights the message triggering the notif. gh-dash seems to just open the pr without any query params and it's hard to determine what to react to. Is it possible to replicate in gh-dash
