v12: Item header no longer shows collection name if you have a Display Template set for the Collection

Describe the Bug

In general I really like the new design tweaks in v12, but I feel the header in the item view has taken a step backwards, in particular, you can no longer see the current Collection name if you have a Display Template set for the Collection.

If you do have something set in the Display Template for the collection, it just displays that at the top and does not show the collection name. However, if your Display Template is empty, it says "Editing item in Projects" ("Project" being the name of the Collection.)

Neither of these is really optimal IMO. We'd prefer it to always display whatever is in the Display Template in nice big, bold title text, with the Collection name above or below in smaller text (like it did before in v11). This makes it much clearer where you are and what you're looking at.

To Reproduce

Set something in the Display Template for a Collection, go to an Item in that Collection. Observe that the header does not show the Collection name anywhere.
