How do you complete the Dev Doc workflow?

I have successfully implemented this pattern in my system and started using it in a sample project. As you can see in the screen shot, I have 3 active features. They are all complete. The Dev Docs documentation does not say specifically how to close out a completed feature. There is mention of an archive directory, but I see no functionality to close one out.

Is this a manual process?
