Create a repository for the official SDK Node.js

Hi!

I would like to be a contributor to this project Official SDK for Node.js.

If you are thinking of making this or it is part of your roadmap, please tell me, I would like to be a contributor to the DiceDB for SDK Node.js.

Please give me more details on how I can start this idea to have the official Library of the project, and also if it is in progress.
