[Feature Request]: More Options for Integer Scaling

Integer Scaling doesn't work if user just turn it on. User has to go to Settings -> Gameplay and turn off Grab Input, resize the game window to achieve 2x or 3x integer scaling. Then turn on Grab Input back to main menu, start the game.

This can't be achieve under current release 1.5.5.

Also DevilutionX starts game on its config diablo.ini, so it will start a new game at the lower resolution, then user must do the action above again to make integer scaling working.

I'd like to ask more option, which starts the game directly at integer scaling ratio.

Make the menu works like Integer Scaling with options Off, 2x, 3x, 4x ...etc.
