[IMPROVEMENT] Manual installs/uninstalls/updates take priority over automatic ones

Describe the improvement

When a user clicks install/uninstall/update on a package while unigetui has already started other updates automatically then the action that the user requested is prioritized over the automatic updates.

Describe how this improvement could help users

I currently am installing the clickup app to try and unigetui is doing 27 updates that it started automatically:

Now I have to wait for 27 updates to finish before the package that I wanted to install will get installed. If I could have chosen then I would rather the package I just requested would get installed first.

This could be done by adding a "priority" value to all the installs and giving priority zero (highest priority) to manual clicks and priority 1 (lowest priority) to automatic updates.

Example: I have written this whole issue on github and clickup has still not started to install. But it will and I can parallel process while the computer takes care of the install. It is not the end of the world.

Note: This idea is very much a "Nice to have" and not a "Need to have" feature improvement to the existing installation/update processes. I will have no hard feelings if this is not something that Devolutions wants to have in Unigetui but wanted to throw the idea out there. Thanks :) Btw I really like unigetui, you contributors are doing a great job.
