[BUG] Mozilla Thunderbird ESR can't update

Describe your issue

I got a prompt that an update for Mozilla Thunderbird ESR is available (from ver. 140.10.0 to 140.10.11), and as always I tried updating, but this time it didn't work. Every time prior to now, Thunderbird ESR updated successfully, but now it throws this error after clicking on more details:
