What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Use for a while (a few days)
2. Wait for computer to lock (or maybe lock manually)
3. On lock screen, caps lock behaves normally
4. Unlock computer

Expected: Typing a letter doesn't result in a capital letter Actual: Caps lock behavior is flipped after unlocking (caps on means no caps, caps off produces caps)

Workaround: Reboot Log out and back in (or reboot)

Additional information

IDK if this is a Wayland bug or Deskflow bug... or maybe somewhere upstream. Pretty sure it doesn't happen when I don't run Deskflow.

This may also be related to using a USB switcher.
