(Continuous) Core Executable Can't Start / Windows Smart App Control Error

Windows 11 - Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.9445)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Clean install of continuous MSI

After a clean install of the continuous build, I navigated to the Deskflow app, clicked start, and received two errors:

In app:

"The Core executable could not be started. Please check if you have sufficient permissions to run deskflow-core.exe. Additionally, check you are able to read the server config file: C:/ProgramData/Deskflow/deskflow-server.conf"

In Windows:

Disabling Smart App Control allows the core to start, but that's not ideal for system security & Smart App Control doesn't have a way to exclude individual apps.
