Deprecated Tools

The tools iwconfig and ifconfig are deprecated. Everything else is fine, but iwconfig and ifconfig were proven unreliable and were deprecated a while ago. I recommended using iw and ip link (part of the iproute2 suite), for setting monitor mode, and for complete reliability, deleting the interface selected for use, making a new preset monitor, interface, as airmon-ng does.
