Add a workflow to build and push the docker image to github registry

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently if we need to deploy the project using docker then we have to build it manually.

Describe the solution you'd like If the project has a workflow to build and push official docker images to github registry then it will be easier for every to just pull that project from github registry and update.
