I'm having Network Error when trying to run Dendron on MSYS2

Describe the bug

I'm having issues trying to preview through Dendron as of now with MSYS2 installed. I've tried setting it up with the default terminal set to MSYS2 but I'm still getting this error. This Error also shows when I try generating the Note Graph as well.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch VS Code
2. Click on Dendron Tab Icon
3. Select Dendron Workspace
4. Go to a file in Dendron after loading
5. Run Dendron Note Preview
6. See error

Expected behavior

It should show the Dendron Preview properly.
