Currently graph view is flat and it's hard to distinguish important nodes from unimportant ones easily.

I would like node sizes to be dynamic based on certain variables such as children + granchildren numbers. link numbers.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. The graph loads with nodes in a system that has physics which means elements have mass. Each node size is determined by the children and grandchildren and grandgrandchildren numbers.
