Automate merges from trusted publishers

Hi from the VS Code team

Every month we submit updates to our types: https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/commits/master/types/vscode . It is cumbersome for us to (1) manually submit the PR and (2) manually approve the PR (only a small subset of us can even do this).

We are working on fully automating this so no human is in the loop. Would you consider auto approving the PR, given the PR would consistently come from an automated account owned by us?
