OpenAIResponsesChatGenerator discards annotations

The Responses API can return annotations, such as URL and file citations, on text output items. Docs

OpenAIResponsesChatGenerator currently discards these annotations when converting the response into a ChatMessage.

We might add this information to ChatMessage.meta.
