配置的模型不能用了

Bug Description

原本配置通的模型，今天忽然都测试联通不了。

配置了好几家代理商的模型，之前都能用，现在都用不了了，包括https://apihub.agnes-ai.com/v1、https://token-plan.cn-beijing.maas.aliyuncs.com/compatible-mode/v1、https://right.codes/codex/v1、https://www.cun.ai/v1。 这些目前在本机其他agent上都可正常使用，可以确定key有效。
