[BUG] Touchpad scrolling cause rofi to repeat rows instead of scrolling

Step to reproduce

1. Open or run rofi -show drun
2. scroll using touchpad gestures
3. see the bug

Expected behavior

Touchpad scrolling act normally like the arrows keys and scrolls to bottom instead of repeating rows and glitching

Actual behavior

Touchpad scrolling repeats rows
