Localhost/OrbStack/IP domains return 502, but curl works fine

I'm experiencing a network issue where HTTP requests to local development domains fail with 502 Bad Gateway, while the same endpoints work perfectly when accessed via curl in terminal. External HTTPS requests (e.g., https://www.baidu.com/) work normally.
