[Bug] Dark Reader breaks when viewing local files

Bug Description

When I open a local website and then interact with Dark Reader, Dark Reader messes up. It will stop displaying anything under the Filter, Site list, More tabs. The problem persist after closing and reopening Firefox. It will persist even when I uninstall and reinstall Dark Reader. After the problem occurs, Dark Reader stops working on all websites.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Get Firefox.
2. Install Dark Reader.
3. Download Main.txt
4. Rename it to Main.html (GitHub won't let me upload the file with .html extention).
5. Put it to websites/c++ directory. (This is probably not needed, but text overflowing might be the problem.)
6. Open the file with Firefox.
7. Interact with Dark Reader menu (switch tabs, click on "Only for ...")
8. Dark Reader is now broken.
