[Sub-GHz] Add support for KeeLoq Cardin protocol

Recognize the KeeLoq protocol used by Cardin S499 devices in read mode, and add the option to add a KL Cardin remote manually.

I have access to a Cardin S449 transceiver (and maybe more in the near future), and have access to a compatible receiver and its user manual if needed. Thus, I can provide more captures and raw captures.

There are captures for both buttons of the transceiver, and as displayed in a capture, it is sometimes displayed as another form of KeeLoq (this happened to me three times, and each time a different manufacturer)

If someone wants to pick this up, I would be more than willing to lend a hand. Otherwise I could try to do it but some tips and tricks in how to do so would be much appreciated.
