[Sub-GHz] Unknown Keeloq Protocol of HCS360 car exhaust remote

Please add Support for this unknown Keeloq Format. Its a 433 MHz signal. A HCS360 transmitter is used.

The remote is used to Control a car exhaust. I want to use the flipper zero as a Remote instead of the Original Remote.
