[SubGhz] Add new protocol supporting "Key automation" vendor gates

I would like somebody smarter than me to look at attached subfiles and figure out what protocol the devices are using and than implement "Add manually" entry so Flipper could act as remote for Key automation gate which uses rolling codes. The Flipper partially decoded the signals as unknown KeeLoq 64bit. The transmission frequency is 433,92 MHz with AM modulation. I am not aware Key automation company is in USA market so I dont know the FCC number.

I was able to pair the partially decoded KeeLoq (by using the "Send" function in the decoded view) with the gate but it worked just once as the counter did not increment.

I am willing to test and report the functionality after it would be implemented.
