[Enhancement]: Configurable file limit for one conversation/agent

What features would you like to see added?

Currently, the UI only allows to attach maximum of 10 files for both Upload as Text and Upload for File search. I am not sure if there is some actual technical reason for this limit, but if not, it would be nice to have the file limit configurable in .env or librechat.yaml.
