Allow EnvVar value to be set or ConfigurableResource fields to be marked as secrets

What's the use case?

When certain secret values do not come directly from an environment variable still mask the value in the UI resource definitions.

Ideas of implementation

Being able to set the value of an EnvVar instead of just the env var name, or in a resource to mark a property as secret to be masked in the UI
