Persistent 'Failed to Init sd card' on a Samsung T7 128GB SD - LVS mode init request bug

I bought a Samsung T7 microSD with 128 GB capacity, model: MB-MB128T/WW

It is detected by the switch, being able to do all the functions that the OFW allows, and upon checking all the soldering and joints + having success using CFW on other cards with 0 init errors, I know it's not a hardware issue on the Switch/Card reader end either.

The card is also properly detected by both my PC and my phone, both of which fully capable of interacting with the card as intended.

Its just that it seems to refuse to get initialized during Hekate's boot.

Just spent all day troubleshooting this with no solution in sight, kinda driving me up a wall!

Is this card too recent for the current version, or is it just a mythically unlucky pull from the flash memory pits?

Seriously, I would appreciate any assist here.
