"Contact me" in microSD Info - SD hidden registers collection

If you see "Contact me" in microSD info screen, take a screenshot or photo of it, together with the data from the Vendor Registers button. If possible, provide a photo of your SD, model and product model (seen on the box and some cards have it in the back).
