User Interface - "Closed" & "Removed" tickets history

Hello!

I am creating this issue in git for a feature request asked by a user.

The user basically wants to have his previous tickets hidden in his dashboard.

If he closes the ticket, the ticket remains, but if he also removes the ticket, it's gone. The user requests to be able to hide his closed tickets in his dashboard.
