bug: IN-app Video UI components leak over to other terminal windows.

What happened?

I have a video tab and a terminal tab open. the terminal tab has opencode running on it, and the video tab has a video running on it. The UI Components from the video tab, like the volume, Picture-In-Picture and Video scroll wheel, leak over to the terminal window.

It normally goes away when you reopen the app, or when you close the video tab, but it's worth looking into.

This also happens when you switch over to other kinds of windows, like Blocks, and private terminal windows. Interestingly, the issue disappears with the Preview window.

What did you expect to happen?

For the video components to not move over to the terminal window, and to stay on the video tab.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Terax
2. Open a Terminal Window
3. Open a Video IN TERAX
4. Play the video, and let it finish playing.
5. After it's done playing, switch over to the terminal window.
